Rey Anthony & The Pepper Mint Men (nb correct spelling)

An R&B band from Bournemouth who released three singles on the Parlophone label and three more under the name Rey Anthony & The Pro Forma. Before forming the band Rey (Les Hirons) toured and recorded as a solo singer

Ryles Brothers were probably a local band because they appeared the previous year at the Queens Hall with the Beatles & Acker Bilk and in December 1962 at the same venue in the "Mammoth Jazz 'n' Pop Show"
